Bulgaria's Q2 GDP Rises 2.2% y/y, up 0.4% q/q - flash estimate

Bulgaria's second-quarter gross domestic product (GDP) expanded by 2.2% on the year and edged up 0.4% on the quarter, the National Statistics Office (NSI) said on Friday.
In nominal terms the country's GDP totalled 20.92 billion levs ($11.9 billion/10.7 billion euro) in the second quarter, NSI said in a statement published on its website.
Gross value added in the Bulgarian economy amounted to 17.9 billion levs at current prices in the April-June period.
