Bulgaria's Power Distribution South, part of Austrian energy group EVN, said on Monday that it has opened tenders worth a total of 50.1 million levs for various construction works related to the power grid operated by the company. Power Distribution South launched six separate tenders, each concerning part of the territory on which the company operates, according to tender notices published on the public procurement agency's website. Companies interested in the one-year contracts have until March 29 to submit an expression of interest. Offers in the tender will be ranked solely based on price. Power Distribution South operates the power grid in southeastern Bulgaria.
