Bulgaria's Plovdiv Opens 2.5 Mln Euro Tender for Building Composting Facility

Bulgaria's second-largest city Plovdiv said that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for construction of a composting installation for biodegradable waste, worth an estimated 4.8 million levs, VAT excluded. The project benefits from EU financing under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice on Monday.The deadline for submitting offers is March 21. Bids will be ranked based on price, which forms 80% of the final mark, and time for completing works, with 20% weight.
