Bulgaria’s May Industrial Output Declines 2.7% M/M

Bulgaria's May industrial output declined by 2.7% month-on-month after rising by 1.3% in April, data of the statistics office indicated.
Year-on-year, the industrial output was 6.0% lower in May, following a revised 1.2% annual decrease in the previous month, according to data of the National Statistics Institute (NSI).
In manufacturing, industrial output dropped by 4.1% month-on-month after an increase by 0.3% in April.
Industrial sales fell by a monthly 7.6% in May following a revised 5.1% increase in April.
Year-on-year, May industrial sales were 8.4% lower, after posting a 5.1% rise in April.
