Bulgarian insurance company Lev Ins is planning to set up branches in France, Romania and Greece, according to a statement by the Financial Supervision Commission. The regulator asked Lev Ins to provide further information regarding its intentions, the FSC said in a statement late on Tuesday. The FSC did not provide further details. According to data from the company's website, Lev Ins holds a 13% market share on the Bulgarian insurance market. The insurer has 108 offices and employs over 1,000 people.
