Bulgaria's Labour Minister Sees 2010 Jobless Rate Below 10%

"There is a slight drop in the jobless rate in the last six months. The peak was in February, when it was 10.26%, [while] at the end of August it is 9.14%," Mladenov told state-run TV broadcaster BNT.
The latest figures show that by September 19 the jobless rate was unchanged from the end of August, he added.
In 2009, Bulgaria's average unemployment rate was 7.59%
