Bulgaria's March jobless rate remained unchanged from the previous month at 11.5%, official data from the government's Employment Agency showed on Wednesday.
A total of 376,577 unemployed were registered with unemployment offices at the end of March, up by 406 people from the previous month, the agency said in a statement.
The number of people who found a job last month almost doubled to 19,169, compared to 9,887 in February. Job vacancies stood at 15,122 last month, up by 6,720 from February.
Bulgaria, which joined the European Union in 2007, has a population of 7.36 million. The country's official average unemployment rate was 10.1% at the end of last year, below the government's target of 10.5%.
