Bulgaria's February jobless rate climbed by 0.1 percentage point from the previous month and reached 12.0%, the country's Employment Agency said.
A total of 392,748 unemployed were registered with the agency's offices at the end of last month, down by 10,176 from February 2012, the government agency said.
The number of people who found a job in February totalled 17,245, up by 7,358 from a year earlier, while job vacancies amounted to 10,738 last month, up by 2,336 from a year ago.
In February, the biggest number of job vacancies, 2,580, was reported in the manufacturing sector. Trade followed with 1,403.
Bulgaria, which joined the European Union in 2007, has a population of 7.33 million.
