Bulgaria's National Company Industrial Zones has restarted a tender for awarding framework agreements worth 72 million levs for construction works in industrial parks run by the company, it said on Monday. The public procurement procedure envisages the signing of four-year deals with up to three candidates, the state-owned company said in a tender notice. The deadline for submitting offers is April 3. Bids will be ranked based on price, which carries 60% weight in the final mark, and technical criteria. In November last year, National Company Industrial Zones cancelled a tender for the same framework contracts, which had a slightly lower total estimated value - 70 million levs.
