Bulgaria's Industrial Capital Holding said on Thursday it is planning to increase its capital to 15.7 million levs ($9.5 million/8.0 million euro) from 15.5 million levs via a new share issue.Industrial Capital Holding intends to issue 155,510 shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, equal to their sale price, the company said in a bourse filing.The shares can only be subscribed for by members of Industrial Capital Holding's board of directors and employees, with at least ten years of experience in the company.Industrial Capital Holding's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 20.Industrial Capital Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on May 2, when they closed 0.65% higher at 3.08 levs.(1 euro = 1.95583 levs)
