Bulgaria's Industrial Capital Holding Proposes Higher Dividend

Bulgaria's Industrial Capital Holding said on Wednesday that it is planning to distribute a total gross dividend of 1.155 million levs for 2018.Industrial Capital Holding paid a total gross dividend of 982,229 levs for 2017.The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 13, Industrial Capital Holding said in a bourse filing.Industrial Capital Holding's non-consolidated net profit edged up to 1.91 million levs in 2018 from 1.88 million levs in 2017.As at 14:30 CET on Wednesday, Industrial Capital Holding shares traded 1.83% higher at 2.22 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.Industrial Capital Holding owns stakes in ten local companies and consolidates the results of five of them - machinery manufacturer Siloma, supporting components maker Rubolt, cables producer Emka, hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic and abrasive tools producer ZAI.
