Bulgaria’s Holding Varna Raises Stake in Hotel Group Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena

Bulgaria’s investor Holding Varna  has added 4.6% to its majority interest in  hotel group Sv. sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding  for 1.5 million levs ($889,000/784,000 euro). The diversified holding company bought 108,000 shares for 14.2 levs apiece, Sv. sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding reported on Thursday. Holding Varna owned 52% of Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding as of September 2018, according to its nine-month report. Sv. sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding owns and operates through its subsidiaries seven hotels, most of them on the Black Sea coast, rents out space and provides construction services. The company generated a revenue of 19.6 million levs in 2017.
