Bulgaria's Haskovo municipality said on Friday that it has launched a tender for awarding a contract for supply of five new low-floor electric buses and six charging stations, worth an estimated 4.8 million levs ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro).The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice.The deadline for submitting offers is February 5.Bids will be ranked based on price, with 40% weight in the final mark, time for delivery - with 5% weight, and technical criteria.
