Bulgaria's gross foreign debt totalled 35.54 billion euro ($46.26 billion) at the end of November, down from 37.042 billion euro at the end of 2010, the central bank said.
At the end of November, Bulgaria's gross foreign debt was equivalent to 90.2% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for this year, the central bank said in a statement.
Bulgaria's long-term foreign debt was 25.336 billion euro and short-term debt totalled 10.207 billion euro at the end of November.
Bulgarian bank foreign debt amounted to 5.77 billion euro at the end of November, down by 1.09 billion euro at the end of 2010. It was equivalent of 14.6% of the projected GDP.
