Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked local drug trader Sopharma Trading to provide further information and documents regarding its request for approval of a capital increase prospectus. The financial regulator did not disclose further details in its statement, published on Thursday. Last month, Sopharma Trading said that it will seek to raise up to 9.4 million levs ($5.3 million/4.8 million euro) via a new share issue. Sopharma Trading plans to offer 1,371,042 for subscription at a price of 6.85 levs apiece. The company's capital currently amounts to some 32.9 million levs, divided into the same number of shares. As at 9:05 CET on Friday, Sopharma Trading shares traded at 3.28 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma .
