Bulgaria's EU-harmonised consumer prices increased by 2.0% on the year and were up 0.6% month-on-month in February, the National Statistics Institute said.
In January the consumer price index (CPI) edged up by a monthly 0.3% and rose by 1.9% on the year.
Bulgaria's non-EU harmonised CPI was 0.9% higher on the month in January and rose by 2.0% on an annual basis. In January it was 0.2% higher on the month and 2.3% up on the year.
The country's so called small basket index, which includes socially useful and vital for the living goods and services, climbed by 1.2% on the month in February.
