Bulgaria's Euroins increases stake in Synthetica to 5.57%

Bulgarian diversified group Synthetica said on Thursday that insurer Euroins, part of local Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), has increased its stake in the company to 5.57%.Following the transaction, which increased the insurer's stake above 5%, Euroins owns 152,072 shares in Synthetica, the company said in a bourse filing.No further details were disclosed. Synthetica's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday when they closed at 42.6 levs ($24.2/21.7 euro), up 1.4%.
