Bulgaria's End-Nov Public Debt Rises 1.4% M/M

Bulgaria's public debt totalled a preliminary 5.92 billion euro ($7.787 billion) at the end of November, up 1.4% from a month earlier, Finance Ministry data showed.
The debt of the public sector includes state debt and state-guaranteed debt.
