Bulgaria’s Econ Min Expects 614 Mln Euro Investment in Country’s Auto Sector in 2014

Bulgaria expects some 1.2 billion levs ($834 million/614 million euro) foreign investments from several potential projects in the automotive sector this year, the economy ministry said.
New projects in the sector are expected to create over 8,500 jobs, the ministry said. No further details were available.
The ministry also said that an unnamed investor plans to invest 100 million euro in Sofia, adding that the same investor is also working on a project in Varna.
