Bulgaria's Donev Investments Holding ups stake in Sopharma, lowers interest in Doverie

Bulgaria's Donev Investments Holding has increased its stake in drug maker Sopharma, while at the same time decreasing its interest in diversified group Doverie United Holding, the two public companies said in separate filing to the Sofia bourse on Friday.Donev Investments Holding acquired 10,880 shares in Sopharma at a price of 3.45 levs ($1.96/1.76 euro) apiece, and sold 8,374 shares in Doverie United Holding at a price of 3.65 levs each, according to data from the filings.As at 13:45 CET on Friday, Sopharma shares traded 0.29% lower at 3.44 levs, while Doverie United Holding were trading 7.33% higher at 4.1 levs.Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in Sopharma, which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
