Bulgaria's producer prices edged down 0.7% month-on-month in December following a 0.4% decline in November, the National Statistics Institute said.
On an annual basis, December producer prices were 5.2% higher after advancing 5.3% in the previous month.
In manufacturing prices edged down by 0.7% on the month but were 4.4% higher than a year earlier. Mining prices were 1.4% lower on the month but 3.6% higher year-on-year, while prices in energy sector inched down by a monthly 0.3% and went up by an annual 8.7% in December.
