Bulgaria’s EU-harmonised consumer price index (CPI) fell 1.3% on the year in April after declining by an annual 2.0% in March, the National Statistics Institute (NSI) said. Month-on-month, consumer prices edged up 0.2% in April after falling 0.3% a month earlier, the NSI said in a statement.
Bulgaria’s non-EU harmonized CPI rose 0.3% on the month and was 1.6% lower on the year in April. In March it decreased by 0.2% month-on-month and by 2.3% year-on-year.
