Bulgaria's Burgas municipality said on Thursday that it has launched a tender for awarding a 12.5 million levs ($7.2 million/6.4 million euro) contract for the recultivation of a defunct landfill.The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020, the municipality said in a tender notice.The deadline for submitting offers is February 18.Bids will be ranked based on price, with 40% weight in the final mark, and technical criteria.
