Bulgaria's parliament on Thursday passed the 2011 budget bill which sets the budget gap at 1.9 billion levs ($1.3 billion/971 million euro), or 2.5% of the projected gross domestic product for next year.
The budget framework is based on a projection for a 3.6% growth of the gross domestic product (GDP) to 77 billion levs in 2011.
The budget bill sets revenues at 25.8 billion levs and expenditures at 27.8 billion levs.
