Bulgaria's 11 Mln Euro Road Upgrade Tender Draws Bids from Seven Candidates

Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency said on Thursday that its tender for two road rehabilitation contracts worth an estimated total of 22 million levs ($12.8 million/11.2 million euro) has attracted offers from seven companies and tie-ups. Five of the candidates submitted an offer for both contracts, while two tie-ups filed bids for only one of the two contracts, the government agency said in a statement. The two contracts envisage the rehabilitation of a total of 32.5-km of the Dupnitsa-Klisura-Samokov road.
