Bulgaria Puts Up for Sale Minority Stakes in 16 Companies

Bulgaria will offer for sale minority stakes in 16 companies in a public tender on the Sofia stock exchange next week, the country's privatisation agency said.  
The list includes a 46% stake in warehousing company Tranzitna Targovska Zona, based in the port of Varna, at a starting price of 4.08 million levs ($2.9 million/2.1 million euro) and 19.4% of logistics company Svobodna Bezmitna Zona, based in the port of Bourgas, at 1.94 million levs, the agency said in a notice published on its website.
The tender will start on January 7 and close on January 17.
