Bulgaria recorded the strongest decrease in industrial production among EU member states in Southeast Europe in December - by 3.2% year-on-year, Eurostat said.
On a monthly comparison basis, industrial output in Bulgaria edged up 0.1% in December, the European statistical office said in a statement on Monday.
Elsewhere in SEE, Greece's industrial production rose by 3.4% on the year in the month under review, marking the fourth-biggest annual increase of this indicator in the EU, after Latvia, Poland and Slovakia.
