Bulgaria raised a total of 92.97 million levs ($62.3 million/47.5 million euro) from the sale of its minority stakes in two power distribution companies on the Sofia stock exchange, bourse data showed.
Bulgaria offered for sale on the local bourse 33% stakes in EVN Bulgaria Elektrorazpredelenie and EVN Bulgaria Elektrosnabdiavane. The majority owner of the two companies, Austria's EVN, said it bought the bulk of the offered shares, raising its holdings to over 97%.
