Bulgaria, OSCE to Cooperate in Fight against People Trafficking (ROUNDUP)

Bulgaria and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) will cooperate in the fight against human trafficking in the frames of the forthcoming Bulgarian Chairmanship of the Council of Europe, as well as in the frames of the Bulgarian EU Presidency in 2018.
This has been agreement at a meeting between Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for European Policies Coordination and Institutional Affairs Meglena Kuneva and Ambassador Madina Jarbussynova, OSCE Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, held in Vienna, the press office of the Bulgarian Government announced.
The OSCE will contribute to the fight against human trafficking by providing training for media and experts.
Bulgaria, on the other hand, will share good practices in the inter-institutional cooperation in trafficking cases with OSCE member states.
