The Bulgarian road infrastructure agency has opened a 16 million lev (8.2 million euro) tender for upgrade of parts of the road, linking Plovdiv with Asenovgrad, in the country's south, a notice in the EU’s procurement journal indicated on Monday.
The works envisaged under the contract should be implemented within a period of 24 months, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.
The value of the contract does not include value added tax.
Offers can be submitted until September 8 and will be opened on the following day.
