Bulgaria Labour Minister to Attend 11th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media in Athens

Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister for Demographic and Social Policies and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Ivaylo Kalfin is due pay a working visit to the Greek capital Athens, where he will attend the 11th World Meeting of Bulgarian Media on the topic of “The media and cultural routes. Dialogue between neighbours”, which is held in Athens from November 4 to November 8, the press centre of the ministry announced.
Minister Kalfin will present the measures his ministry is implementing over refugees’ integration through providing access to gaining new qualifications, trainings, employment, social integration, and social assistance.
Ivaylo Kalfin will put emphasis in his presentation on the role of the media for building and maintaining the Balkans dialogue in the context of challenges posed by the refugee wave in Eastern Europe.
The Bulgarian labour minister will also hold a meeting with Greek counterpart Georgios Katrougalos.
