Bulgaria and Iran will work towards deepening their economic ties and coordinating their activities against tax and customs crime. This was agreed between Bulgarian Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov and Iranian counterpart Ali Tayebnia on Monday. Goranov is part of the Bulgarian delegation headed by Prime Minister Boyko Borsisov, which embarked on official visit to Iran on Sunday. Tayebnia raised the issue of enhancing cooperation between Bulgaria and Iran in the field of finance and banking, with particular focus on activating contacts between banks.
