Bulgaria, Greece to Increase Their Cooperation in Health Care

Bulgaria and Greece will increase their cooperation in the sphere of health care. This became clear after a meeting between Health Minister Stefan Konstantinov and Greek Health and Social Solidarity Minister Andreas Loverdos, who was on a two-day visit to Bulgaria, the Health Ministry said in a press release.

The two countries will exchange experience in improving the performance of health systems. Moreover, opportunities for cross-border cooperation on specific projects will be discussed. Bulgaria and Greece will focus their efforts in the fight against infectious diseases. Mr. Loverdos invited Dr Konstantinov on an official visit to Greece in March.
