State-owned Bulgartransgaz said on Tuesday that its 143.6 million levs ($89.2 million/73.4 million euro) tender for the supply of equipment and construction of Bulgaria's section of the natural gas interconnector with Serbia attracted 11 offers.

Bids were submitted by nine tie-ups and the Bulgarian branches of Italy-registered companies Arkad and Bonatti, Bulgartransgaz said in a notice.

Bulgartransgaz has not yet set the date on which price offers will be opened.

The length of the interconnector on Bulgarian soil is 62 kilometres.
