Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday it proposed to parliament to endorse extension of the public procurement agency's contract with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for consultancy services to February 28.The procurement agency and the IBRD, part of the World Bank Group, have agreed to extend their contract on December 21, the government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.The contract, originally signed in November 2017, is partially financed with EU finds under Operational Programme Good Governance 2014-2020.
