Bulgaria chooses “European Tree of the Year”

Trees from 16 countries participate in the European Tree of the Year 2022 contest. There is a Bulgarian contender among them. This is a 350-year-old oak near the village of Studena that people chose through the online voting "Tree with Roots."
The European contest focuses on trees with rich history that have taken roots in the hearts and memories of people.
