Bulgaria’s Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) opened a tender for the construction of a 31.5-kilometre road section between Kalotina, on the Serbian border, and the Sofia ring road, estimated to cost 200 million levs ($140 million/102 million euro), net of value-added tax (VAT).
The project will be separated into two lots, as works under each lot are to be completed within 36 months and 24 months, respectively, the agency said in a press release.
Bids can be submitted by July 14.
The project is financed under the EU-funded Cohesion fund.
