Bulgaria calls 2.6 mln euro tender for smart transportation system maintenance

Bulgaria's Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) opened a 5 million levs ($3.0 million/2.6 million euro) tender for awarding a five-year contract for the maintenance of a smart transportation system along the route of а 150 kilometre section of Struma motorway, it said on Friday.

The tender envisages the maintenance of road stations for video surveillance and other types of traffic management equipment, the road agency said in a tender notice.

The deadline for submitting offers is April 5. The bids will be ranked solely based on price.
