Bulgaria Approves MoU with China to Promote Links between SMEs

Bulgaria's government said on Wednesday it approved a memorandum of understanding for cooperation between the economy ministry and China's ministry of commerce in enhancing ties between small and medium enterprises (SMEs) of the two countries. Both countries will help organize seminars, fairs and exhibitions to promote communication and cooperation between Bulgarian and Chinese companies, the government said in a statement following a weekly meeting. The government said it also approved memorandums of understanding between the Bulgarian SME Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) and China International Import Expo, and between BSMEPA and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. Those memorandums envisage exchange of information on investment opportunities and measures taken by each of the two governments to promote the internationalization of SMEs.
