The EU member states have continued to incorporate European laws in their national legislations, despite difficulties. This is said explicitly in a review published recently to explore the progress of the internal market and prepared by the European Commission.
Bulgaria is among the countries that have done the best job in this respect. Under all indices, its performance is among the best across EU. The average deficit in alignment, i.e. the percentage of the directives relating to the internal market that have not been introduced to the national legislation on time, comes to 0.9 percent. In Bulgaria it is lower - at 0.4 percent. /Source: BNR/
