Board chairman grows stake in Bulgaria's Sopharma Trading

Bulgarian drug trader Sopharma Trading said on Wednesday that the chairman of its board of directors - Ognyan Donev, has acquired 200 shares in the company at a price of 6.15 levs ($3.45/3.15 euro) per share.Ognyan Donev bought the shares through a deal concluded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 24, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing.Donev is also the CEO of Sopharma Trading's majority owner - drug maker Sopharma. At the end of June, Sopharma held a 72.97% stake in Sopharma Trading, while Donev held directly a stake of under 5%.Sopharma Trading shares closed 0.81% lower at 6.15 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
