Agria Group Holding has increased the capital of Korn Security

Bulgarian farming company Agria Group Holding [BUL:AGH] said that it has increased the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Korn Security by 12.200 million levs ($6.8 million/6.2 million euro) to 12.205 million levs.

Agria Group Holding subscribed for 122,000 new shares of Korn Security of 100 levs in par value each, the parent company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Agria Group Holding also said that the name of the subsidiary was changed to AG Property Invest.

As at 11:10 CET on Wednesday, shares in Agria traded 6.11% higher at 27.80 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed.
