According to Education Minister Sergey Ignatov, some 200 000 Bulgarian emigrants are seeking a way home.
Among other issues that their gradual arrival may raise, their children should be put on a special Bulgarian language training program that should help them catch up with their coevals on the core subject in the curriculum.
Meanwhile, the national statistical institute said more than 210,000 Bulgarians had been jobless for more than a year now. Of these, 119,000 have been between jobs for over two years now.Bulgaria's unemployment rate at the end of Q2 2011 is 11.2%, which is by 0.8% lower than in the previous quarter.The number of unemployed Bulgarians varies between 318,000 and 370,000.
