77% of companies in Bulgaria reported growth in business for the past year of 2015, according to a study by Stanton Chase Bulgaria which polled senior managers of Bulgarian and international companies from all sectors of the native economy.
According to 36% of the respondents the growth was even significant. According to the results of the survey, companies which have reported large growth before 2015 are in the field of outsourcing (67%), technology and communications (55%) and consumer products and services (20%).
Overall the majority of top managers surveyed are optimistic about 2016
According to them the foundation of successful business this year will be to maintain a steady cash flow (45%). The study shows that this year the primary focus for managers in Bulgaria will be their employees - retention (41 %) and attracting talent (51%). An interesting answer to the question how these successful talents are assessed, top managers tend to check their personal and professional network (63%) and recommendations (62%).
