470 Million Levs Rental Income Declared in 2014

Rental income declared in Bulgaria's National Revenue Agency in 2014 has increased by 19 million levs compared with the previous year.
There has been a positive tendency for an increase of the declared income from rents in the last three years, according to the data from the annual personal income tax returns for 2013, Nova TV informs.
In 2012, a total of 121,000 people declared income from renting property totaling 448 million levs. In 2013, although the number of declarations dropped by 2000, the reported income increased by 3 million levs compared with the previous year. Some 123,000 people have declared income of 470 million levs in 2014.
