| CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP |

To become a HBCB member or maintain membership, the member company must seek
to operate in accordance with generally accepted international business
standards, pertaining to ethics and business practices. The HBCB Board of
Directors shall be fully responsible for the definition, interpretation and
application of these standards. The standards include, but shall not be limited
to the following;
- A HBCB member must be a legal person, registered in Bulgaria, or
registered in Greece or in Cyprus, but it has a trade representation in
Bulgaria, expressing so and protecting the Greek and the Cyprian economic
interests.
- A HBCB member must be ready to collaborate in the implementation of the
basic goals of the Council.
- A HBCB member can’t develop activities and can’t share or protect ideas in
contradiction with the goals of the Council.
- A HBCB member or its senior management must have no pending legal actions
related to crimes or corruption, unless a written explanation is submitted,
which meets the satisfaction of the Board of Directors.
- A HBCB member must meet all Bulgarian legal and accounting requirements,
including having audited financial statements.
- A HBCB member shall accept and actively seek to adhere to BBLF Code of
Business Ethics.
We understand the HBCB membership policy and hereby confirm adherence to all
criteria and requirements. Supporting information will be provided to the HBCB
administration office, upon demand by the HBCB Board of Directors.
